30 Day Challenges

It’s been said it takes approximately 21 days, (3 weeks) to establish a new habit. It takes only 1 to break it. Therefore, I’ve decided that the new habits I would like to establish during the year I am going to try and do for 30 days. I hope this will keep the new habit strong in my life, and yet allow for days when I’m unable to do whatever it is I was working on not to stop me in my tracks.

I thought it would be fun to list my 30 day challenges here, and see the progress I’ve made at the end of the year.
