CrockPot Roast or Turkey Breast

This is how I cook a roast and it is wonderful. I put the roast in the crock pot at noon the day before – Frozen, with one cup of water. I season it with pepper and salt, or Season salt. I cook it on low for 24-30 hours. It is so tender and never dry.

Bar-B-Qued Ribs

I place thawed country style ribs in the crockpot and 1 – 18 oz. bottle of BBQ sauce over top. I cook on high for about 8-10 hours. These are also very tender and moist. The meat falls off the bones. Everyone who trys them (even those who do not like BBQ) do like these ribs. The ribs are great served with rice, a salad and veggies.
