I own a Zojirushi BreadMaker. Be sure to read my review at Mom’s Thumb Reviews. Thought I ought to include this recipe since I do use bread for some of my breakfasts.

Here is the recipe I use for 100% Whole Wheat Flour.

The “100% Whole Wheat Bread” Recipe for the Zo Bread Maker

1 – 7/8 cups of water (I add about 1 Tablespoon of Vinegar to keep the total liquid at 1 – 7/8 cup)
2 Tbsp. of Dry Milk (I have added as much as 1/4 cup without any difference to the bread)
5 cups of whole wheat flour (I used my freshly ground flour)
3 Tbsp. Molasses
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. Vital Wheat Gluten
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Rapid Rise Yeast
(Sometimes I will add between 1/4 – 1/3 cup rolled multi-grain flakes in addition to the above.)
